 - Fastag not working even after multiple recharge Open

Sir, on **/*/****, I got ICICI Bank's FASTag installed on my * vehicles, which stopped after running for * days. When I call the customer care, after waiting long in phone call they ask me to visit bank. Bank is unable to help saying go to fastag office.

When contacted the sales representative, he told that the issue is in KYC. So, provided all the KYC documents to him on *rd March but still after so many days Fastag is not working.

I have recharged fastag multiple times but its not working.

As tag is not working, I am forced to pay double charge at tolls which is huge loss. I am facing mental tress and humiliation even after paying all the dues. hey please help me
