On **rd nov'** I have buy the fastag to my car via my Airtel app. As on date it has been delivered and there no response from Airtel customer care or from Airtel.
Servral times I have visited the customer service center but no response.
I spoken to the call center also but there is no reply. I also requested to cancel the request and return amount, so I can buy another fastag.
But that also not done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
