TATA AIA executive made false promises at the time of selling a ULIP plan and post I purchased the ULIP I have never received those.
The promises the executive named Deep made are as below:
*. Waive of my HDFC credit card bill of Rs. *** (approx amount)
The HDFC relationship manager, Sameer Ansari, said it is not possible as a credit card bill cannot be waived off.
P.S. Sameer Ansari had sent this Deep guy when I asked him for a Mutual Fund Plan. And this Deep guy sold TATA AIA ULIP plan as a type of Mutual Fund.
*. Vouchers from different places and products worth INR **** to ****. This amount is equivalent to some charges that they were charging me over an above the ULIP premium.
The ULIP plan was purchased in January **** and I still haven't received these vouchers.
P.S. This Deep guy has mentally harassed me, every time I called he had a reason to not send the vouchers or give a future date. Then I escalated the complaint to his manager named Shridhar. He sounded genuine and though said he will solve the problem but this one turned out the same. I am so exhausted following up. Have written mails which they haven't responded to.
*. Convert my father's HDFC savings account into a preferred one.
This is the only thing my HDFC relationship manager agreed to.
Given that I had planned for a mutual fund and they gave me a ULIP plan. Now I am stuck paying this yearly premium of *****, which I now don't want to as it is getting heavy on me and therefore for the *nd year payment I took a jumbo Loan from HDFC bank for the payment of this ULIP and still I am fighting with TATA AIA for the mere vouchers.
But now I have lost all my patience and its a everyday torture for me to call and ask for voucher status.
Now I seek * things -
*. My Premium amounts paid till now + the interest.
*. The amount I will be getting after * years of payment as compensation to all the mental harassment since Jan ****
*. The cash vouchers of INR **,***, which I want to redeem against my phone company - compensation to all the calls made and messages send.
