*.Initially they gave consultation with non medical background person . How it's possible non medical person aware about medical condition .first mistake here.
*. She took my BMI to explain about my weight and health condition she explained somehow **% was wrong so I was not ready to take my husband told take one chance and see the results .
*. She committed us in * months ** kgs weight loss but almost *.* months over not even * kgs Noone bothers in team . All are working in money minded how to convert advanced packages they will get incentive but they ever never bother about client health.
*. I have escalated that Manager so many times but no response she will tell us take advance one the weight loss chances are there this could have told earlier right .
*. That also took still no effective.
*. All are giving false statement and no body bother about what we are saying they only concentrate about their targets and collection.
We believe peoples becausd of health sector but kolors was very worst experience.
So request you team kindly refund my balance amount.
