Livspace - False Commitment

After I contacted Livspace, I was told to even talk about the project first i have to give **% in advance. I was hesitant in giving the advance what if I don’t like the design. On which the project manager promised that the design will be to my satisfaction. The project was committed to ** days. But even after ** days the quotation, design or the material that will be used was not finalized. I would be called to the experience center to finalize on the design and material and once reaching there nothing would be ready. I would be promised in a day or * they would resend the quotation with design. But even after a week and sending messages there would be no response. Form the designers or the project manager.

So I have finally decided not to continue with them and asked for the full refund. No but they are denying to return the money. . They want to pay only **% of the refund back.
