Pristyne Care Scofloor Huda Market Sector 29 Gurugram Haryana - False commitment and negligance by in medical treatment

Dear Sir, Through this portal I would like to draw your attention towards unethical and malpractices by a medical care company named Pristyne Care which has cause damage to health due to negligence of doctors and made false claims prior to my operation. I got treated for fistula on ** June **** at Center of Diabetes and Allied Sciences Gurgaon by Pristyne care doctors. The operation resulted in extremely prolonged recovery period and it caused more damage than good to which Pristyne care doctors paid no serious attention in spite of my frequent visits to their clinics in Noida and Gurgaon. Following facts of my case directly indicate that Pristyne care’s negligence since the beginning of treatment has caused the complexity and caused long lasting health damage. • During my first call with the Pristyne representative he asked me to directly come for operation without even consulting a doctor and promised that post operation I will be able to join office in * days and complete recovery will be in ** days. Only on my insistence a paid visit to doctor is arranged. (I have the call recording which can be presented if required) • A doctor at Noida clinic saw my case and operation was planned at Triton hospital Delhi. After reaching the hospital refused to get admitted there as it was very dirty and unhygienic (Pics attached). They tried to keep me there but when I threatened to go see other doctor they planned the operation at Gurgaon by some other doctor. I was reluctant to go to Gurgaon as it is very far away from my place but Pristyne care team assured me that follow up will be at Noida only. • Operation was performed at CDAS Gurgaon. Operating surgeon didn’t come for a pre counselling and was not available even at the time of discharge. • During recovery I many complications emerged for which I had visited Noida and Gurgaon many times in that painful condition, but doctors never gave a clear satisfying solution nor took any affirmative action. The two doctors at Noida and Gurugoan were never in sync. • It took me more than two months to heal the wounds which was totally unexpected at Pristyne care in their ads and in conversations claim ** days for full recovery. • One wound created during operation at a location where there was no fistula problem never healed completely and still occasional puss discharge is observed. In a way they have created a fistula at healthy tissue due to their negligence. I request you to please take appropriate action against Pristyne Care so that they can not compromise with the health of patients in future. Also kindly make Pristyne Care pay a compensation of INR ******* against the damage to my health and for my time and mental trauma.
