NOTHINGTOWEARINDIA BY ASHIMA AND KANIKA - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT UNDERINVOICING AND CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT

So I ordered one Indian dress for my sister. Saw one instagram page called Nothingtowearindia. They put a pic of a dress which looked nice and good quality. Total amount paid including shipping was RS.*****/-.

I recieved the product yestrday on **.**.**** and I was shocked to see that design was also different and quality was not worth more than ****/-

I didnt not receive invoice with the parcel . I Only received a courier detail in which Invoice value was mentioned as Rs.****/- where as I was charged Rs.*****/- for whole product.

I called and requested the Seller and refund since the design was also different and quality was very poor. She denied and now saying do whatever you can do.

I request you to please take this matter into consideration since they are scamming people by underinvoicing and selling inferior products. I am attaching all proofs.
