Hello Sir,
I am here to complain about Timbl worst customer service.
i have paid yesterday the amount of Rs ****.** as Timbl executive said that we will make Timbl connection by *:** pm.
They failed to fulfill Timbl commitment. I said before making payment that if you can do it by today then do it. Timbl team confirmed with internal team and said me yes we can do it.
Then no one called me till *:pm.
At evening one ma'am called and said we will cancel Timbl request and will refund you in * days.
Then i said if you cant refund my money by today i dont want to cancel.
Then she started to give fancy lectures regarding Timbl policies. I was already trapped as my money was already with you. she said we dont have routers available with us and she said we will do it by tomorrow.
I had no any options left and i agreed to it.
Today Timbl setup guy came and said we don't have wires and it will take one more day.
Some time they don't have routers sometime they don't have wires and i am completely trapped harrassed and disturbed.
Timbl customer is worst i have seen in my lifetime.
Timbl ** hours policy has already been breached and they are asking one more day.\
Fake promises, Fake words, fake commitment.
i am trapped and my money is also with them and i am not able to do anything and now Timbl team is playing with me giving fancy lectures about ** hours policy which
has also been breached.
i have not made any mistake even though i am suffering. and no one is helping me.
Please help me and give me justice. Mistakes are of Timbls and i am suffering.
No one is responding .
