Next Innovate Techno Solutions - Fake Promises Need Refund

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of dispute with Next Innovate Techno Solutions regarding the refund of money paid for a placement process.

My associate, Srujana Kollu, and I engaged in the placement services offered by this company and made payments as detailed below:

Programmer's Package - Rs. ***/- (Rs. *** each)
Mentorship Program - Rs. ****/- (Rs. *** each)
Workknect Career Portal for both - Rs. ****/-
Total Amount Paid: Rs. ****/-

The promise of a placement within ** days was made by Mr. Anshul Tyagi, Founder of Next Innovate Techno Solutions, on October **th, ****. However, despite the lapse of over two and a half months, neither Srujana Kollu nor I have received any placement offers or even confirmation from the company.

Mr. Tyagi informed us of a potential placement with Concentrix, but to date, we have not received any offer letter or confirmation from Concentrix. This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises prompted us to seek a refund for the services we had paid for.

We have reached out to the company through email to request the refund, but unfortunately, there has been no response from their end. Due to the unresolved nature of the matter, we are left with no choice but to escalate this issue to your esteemed forum.

We believe that our case is valid, considering the unmet commitments, lack of communication, and the extended duration beyond the promised timeframe. We kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
