Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation 932 lbs Strawberry - FAKE PRODUCT

Hi there,

I recently bought the supplement with following details from Amazon.in

Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation **-* lbs (Strawberry)

Upon receiving the above packaging I was very disappointed as the product was not the way (original) how it must be and it doesn’t taste like a supplement rather it’s a weird taste and is appearing to be a health hazard if consumed anymore. Also the packaging was filthy and not a genuine product labelled as ISO. Upon contacting the customer care numerous times over the phone I did not receive a satisfactory resolution and will be returning it and ask you politely to refund the paid amount.

As the seller failed to adhere with the request this product I am now reaching out to Voxya for escalating my concern to the consumer affairs on selling fake products and not caring about consumer interests. I have attached the snapshots of fake product I received and my invoice. Alongside I have attached reviews for this product by other buyers to support my complaint. 

I therefore request Voxya to resolve this issue as I tried my level best out of my busy schedule to get the resolution through the seller amicably in first place.
