I ordered watch from an advertisement on Facebook from the brand name trendy collections -fit your wrist watch on **th July'** and received my order on July ** by Ekart Logistics Courier worth ****.The product I supposed to receive was Fossil blackdial watch but the product I received was of Fastrack watch of duplicate copy which in market dont even costs INR***.
As this was ordered from some third party App for which they didnt even notified delivery notification nor their contact is reachable by any means,so I contacted EKART LOGISTICS for which they denied any help to me.
But from my order placed I have an order no with me,their website name,screenshot the purchased product their mail id and the fake product which I received.
So,citing the above incidents I want to claim my purchase amount of INR**** back in my account plus some mental torture they caused to me amidst all these,for which I want compensation.
I hope I am clear with what I want to convey,so please help in this.
