I have the worst experience with Shopdealclue.com. I want to return the fake mi power bank.
I have received a fake MI ***** mAh power bank from Shopdealclue. It does not work/charge my phone. It doesn't look like a genuine MI product even by looking at the logo and the product. It is absolutely fake. I want to return it. I have been trying to contact them since * April but in vain. There is no way to contact them. When I tried to send them a message through their website, it shows an error in sending a message every time I try. The phone number I found on delivery confirmation email is also fake. It is a fake website. Please shut it down to prevent more damages to customers. I need my money back. I want a complete refund of INR ****. Order Details are:
