Indiabull Dhani - Fake overdue charges Impacted CIBIL

I have two loan account with indiabull dhani.
PL acc no - IPERBHUxxxxxxxx/ EMI *****
Credit Line loan acc no - IDHADELxxxxxx/EMI ***
I have been paying the EMI always on time via ECS.
They are presenting a single cheque(rs *****) on every month and adjust it for both the account.
I am not able to understand reason behind presenting a single cheque to bank for both the loan account.
My cibil report shows two loan account but why they are presenting a single cheque I dont have any idea.
It seems they are are doing this fraud for some reason .But for last * months(june/july) they are not updating the payment status for IDHADELxxxxxxx.
I have been following this matter with customer support and also visited the local branch in Bhubaneswar but they are not listening to it.
Also open a ticket with nodal@dhani.com to further escalate it to RBI Ombudsman.
I have all the supporting document and customer support ticket response with me.This type of incident happening to me for *th time.
They are asking for overdue amount and imposing penalty as overdue penalty charges.
Please take this case as priority as they have added a delayed payment status in CIBIL.This impacted my CIBIL score.
