As corona verification is going on, I came back to India on **th from Israel and reported in city hospital of satna and met to corona advisor on **th for covid ** test but doctor said no symptoms are found so please follow home quarantine. Then after ** days I again went to him for follow up checkup, he said ok you are fine but still follow quarantine for some more days.
Suddenly * team came with the list people who didn't inform government about their arrival from foreign. I told them it is already communicated by me to district hospital and help line numbers and my monitoring is already going on starting from **th Mar. They said do you have any problem to fill self declaration form again, I said no and I filled it.

In the the night someone has published news in whatsapp Facebook and other social media, with my house picture and isolation, and family members.

If this post is published by government then after ** days why they will print news, if this news is published for full list of foreigners then it should be for **** people, why someone has reported this type of news for me and my family.
Need clarification who is the source.
