Voxya - Fake complaint filed by Voxya

Hi team! I wanted to take the time to address this. Saw a complaint made by a customer which you had posted about * months back. The reason I wanted to take time was to see how authentic you are.

Let me come to the specifics, your and my customer claimed she did not get the products after placing order. Truth is she did but she sent it back to us because she didn’t like them. She wanted a customised piece. Now customised means stitching separately which easily takes about *-** days. During the pendency of that time she created havoc. Nevertheless, there was no winning this situation so we issued a full refund and let her go requesting to never come back. I have all the proofs of the package sent, tracking link, and razorpay refund URN.

My question to you is- your google still shows unresolved. You page still shows this as an active complaint. Did you bother to check with the customer wether it was resolved? Did you do a background check before filing the complaint? Or do you just threat businesses by posting all this.

I understand there are grievances and there are brands who intentionally defraud. But let me tell you- they don’t last! They are short lived. Because obviously scam companies are reported by EVERYONE and ultimately shut down.

Not for us, we are a hardworking business learning from our mistakes, trying to grow. Not everything is fraud. A mistake along the way is not a fraud.

I am firm believer of karma and doing good. So I know what beliefs and principles my business stands on, so I’m not scared. but slightly made me feel sad that people like you are out there to get us. With no proofs not closure just pure attacks.

Shameful. Please rethink your business policies of going back and checking wether a complaint was resolved. Some brands do go out of their way to make the customers happy. Because that’s our bread and butter. And you just kicked it and didn’t even say sorry.
