The company did not send me full products and services they committed to give for which i made the payment of Rs.*****/- for a Quarter plan.They did not give any doctors consultation as promised.They never gave any CGM services onsite after registering with them and also the CGM sensors for what i paid them.They never revealed that after registering the program one have to follow diet plan.Their program is just a diet program nothing else.They make false claim to Reverse and Cure Diabetes.Their dietician and their Twin app asked me to follow the Twin app diet plan and automatically following the diet plan reduced my body weight of * Kgs.I am tall *".**ft and weighted ** kgs on the start of the program but after following their diet plan my BMI fell down and i weighted only ** kgs due to which i became very weak and fell severly ill.Without any doctors consultation with me they asked me to take Metformin **** mg Twice daily and Alogliptin **mg,* Tablet Myokramp and * capsule of bevon due to which i became weak.They never disclosed any of their terms and conditions they have in their website or app.I had attended their webinar on **th Oct **** and their representative Vasim on **th october **** called me and was successful to get me convinced to sign up with the Twin program of reversing and curing diabetes for quarter month and sent me payment link through which i made the payment.It was the duty of the company personal vasim to ask me first to check their company website/apps terms and conditions of NO REFUND but he did not and now when i asked for refund of my payment because of their incapability of giving the committed services and the products they were to send that they did not,they are asking me to check the company website terms and conditions with No refund policy.They stopped responding to my calls and emails and dont want to refund my hard earned payment that i paid to them for the services and products for reversing and curing diabetes that i am suffering and that the company claims for but all is fake.Any person on diet will automatically lower their blood sugar but after they start eating normally blood sugar shoots up.No one can get cure or reverse diabetes that the company claims is fake.I only want my hard earned money that i paid them only for loss of health,money and time.
