Greetings for the day
I had purchased a Health plan from company Star health and Allied insurance co Ltd. When I submitted documents for reimbursement claim Firstly they send a mail and post letter as well as for cancellation of my policy and the reason for the cancellation of policy is to PED(pre-exissting disease)cases , But when I write mail to to the company that there is no any PED cases and if the PED is existing then provide me the evidence otherwise I complain to Consumer Forum after this they immediately replied that my cancellation is withdrawn on **st December ****.
Then I asked for my claim status I received a call from Claim department and they said that my claim is rejected due to excluded hospital and not registered hospital.
So sir My question is that When I intimated to the company that I admitted my mother to the hospital and I provided full intimation to the helpline number and I also mentioned the name of hospital, but on that time they didn't acknowledge me that hospital is not registered and excluded and My claim almost taken **days passed. I lost my money in hospital I provided full documents as required they are holding me ** days and suddenly said in telephone that they are going to reject my claim.. In this between I received a call from Star health executive and they use word fraud means they directly used word that I am doing fraud claim and misbehaving with me. I also complain to the star health to grievance department but they didn't respond anything about misbehaving with me.
Sir I feel that company manipulate with me and not taking seriously decisions. I have many proof in my mails. All the mails I keep in my mobile phone.
So kindly do needful for this . and I want justice.
Please sir Its my humble request kindly look over this matter.
