National Insurance ( Medicare ) T P A SERVICES(I) Pvt Ltd - Fake commitment at the time of paying premium

Hello,
iam an infosys employee. I was informed by the insurance company company that you can add dependent by paying premium. i have paid premium approx **,*** and was informed on our website network hospital are cashless. when i searched joshi hospital and went to joshi hospital for my mother hospital said that we dont entertain national insurance then why its listed in network hospital?
they said me for reimbursement i have submitted all the documents for reimbursement on *thsep****. when iam checking the insurance company or calling and asking them for claim status they are not repsonding whats the use of paying so high premium first of we have less money due to covid** and such fake things insurance company do and take premium from us .

please help we are in big trouble. would be appreciated if we get our amount back soon.
