Flipkart Order No - OD******************. I placed an order for Realme * Pro on **.**.****. I had a buyback guarantee purchased from Flipkart. It was purchased with Asus Zenfone Max Pro M* in October ****. So I claimed buyback guarantee. I got Rs. **** discount under buyback guarantee. On **.**.**** Flipkart delivery boy came for delivering Realme * Pro. He checked my Asus Zenfone Max pro M* (which was under buyback guarantee) and told me that he cannot find IMEI number of the phone. I showed him IMEI number in the about phone section. But he refused to take my phone and refused to deliver a new order. Before checking IMEI number courier person also removed the scratch guard from my old phone. For that, I couldn't use that phone for the last * days. Thereafter I immediately informed it to Flipkart through their Twitter customer support. And since then they kept assuring me that problem will be soon resolved. And yesterday (**.**.****) evening I got a call from them that they will deliver my new phone today (**.**.****). To my surprise when I checked my Flipkart account today morning, I found that Flipkart cancelled my order without any fault on my part and it was shown that on my request they cancelled it. Flipkart is harassing their customers in the name of this buyback guarantee. The phone I wanted to exchange was purchased * months ago and it looks like a brand new phone without any scratches and damage. But Flipkart refused it with some ulterior motive. They are playing fraud in the name of the buyback guarantee. You can find the whole thread of my complaint on twitter -

I am attaching screenshot my cancelled order. Flipkart and Ekart (Courier) did not give a single reason for cancelling my order. You will find nothing about it in twitter thread mentioned above. Please look into the matter and help me out.
