ICICI Bank Limited - Fail to serve service as per their commitment

I am working as an operator in a private company (Mindarika Private Limited ) at village Navada Fatehpur near Manesar Gurugram. I have an account in ICICI bank and its ATM card by which I had gone through an ATM fraud **/*/**** as one unknown person during assisting me had replaced my ATM card and in the night he cheated me ***** Rs from the account. I have launched an FIR in this matter (copy attached) but Police required some evidence at least photo, at the time of the incident at ATM. During the transactions, that person used different ATM but the bank had failed to provide any evidence and denied to assist any type of help (copy attached).
I had taken a loan of that amount for the marriage of my daughter and bank had failed to protect my account as CCTV footage is necessarily required at every ATM. So this amount should be bear by the bank.
