Rekindle Technologies - Facebook Marketplace Seller sent defective product old model while returning it not sending back mon

This is to give complaint about Subhash & Sathish from Rekindle Technologies, I have got to know about this company via Facebook Marketplace where they found to be dealing with selling refurbished IT Equipments, Since I have a desire of buying *nos Dell P****H monitor within a budgeted price which made me contacted them for this deal closure, I have been contacted by Subhash [+************] & Sathish [+************] where the deal got finalized for the amount of Rs.***** each with the overall amount of Rs.*****, And they asked me to pay the full amount before the shipment, I have paid them the full money on **-**-**** in two transactions [*****+****], After getting the payment from me, what they have sent is faulty P****H monitor [White Light Leakage + Pale Yellowish Display] & provided fraudulent invoice mentioned wrong descriptions & invariable money mentioned & cheated me, Informed the same to them and returned the consignment with the help of ST Courier [Consignment No: ***********] with safely packed with four layer safety and send in special delivery but now they are showing me picture of edge & panel broken monitor claiming that monitor received with damage without providing me any due evidence of consignment received with damage, Furthermore they have returned only partial amount of Rs.*****, when I keep contacted them for the proof of state how it has been received by them, they are refusing to show, rather showing edge & panel broken monitor and refuse to send my remaining money back & stopped responding,

When I check the same with ST Courier person Mr.Navarasan [**********] got to know, how can monitor edge broken happen if it is packed with four layer safety & also updated me that this type of damage only can happen by mishandling it and drop down by them, I have also contacted ST Courier local delivery person Fayaz [**********] he has updated me that, since the package mentioned with handle with care hence he deliver the package with utmost safety ensure it got delivered without any single scratch, Kindly help in investigating this and get me justice & also help me in getting my hard earned money back.
