I'm contacting you after getting no help whatsoever from appeal forms & customer support.
My account was hacked on March *, ****. Kindly at least inform me about the incident. I have always abided by all the rules & my record has been impeccable all along. I didn't post anything offensive on Facebook.
I humbly ask for a full investigation & submit that I didn't threaten anyone or anybody.
When my account got hacked on March the *th, Facebook instead of locking down my account on seeing someone login from a different IP address, went ahead & permanently disabled my account. I filled up an appeal form & uploaded my id card stating it must have been hacked because i certainly didn't post anything offensive.
Earlier if anyone tried to access my account you used to lock it & warn me & ask me to change password.
Please check the IP address used to login to my account on March * which violated policies(im in the dark about exactly what happened). I live in Kolkata, India. I'm sure the IP address wouldn't match
Even despite that few hours later I still had access to pubg account linked to Facebook but I logged out of Pubg & then couldn't log back in & got the message that my account was disabled.
I reiterate I'm innocent of any wrongdoing
The support team has not even paid importance to the fact that account got hacked.
As I feared the support team has thrown me under the bus & fail to understand that whatever breach of policy that happened wasn't committed by me but a hacker who took control of my account.
They are basing their argument on the premise that the account breached the terms. I'm not disputing that although to be honest no one has bothered informing about what exactly happened so I remain completely clueless & in the dark about the incident.
My argument is how am I supposed to be controlling my account on that day when it was being misused by the hacker and out of my control?

I beg of you to please understand the problem before diagnosing it. You have penalised an innocent person for something that was beyond their control
