- Facebook Disabled Ad Account Not Refunding Remaining Balance in Account Open

Facebook suddenly disabled our company's ad account(Matruj Ayurveda-***************) without any warning stating that you have violated our ad policy. Whereas the Ad was approved by Facebook only. We apologized for the same if we have violated any ad policy unintentionally and asked them to enable our ad account assuring that we will take care of not violating your ad policies in nearest future but they refused to do so. Then we asked them to please show us specifically that which ad policy we have violated but they refused to be specific and sent us an automated reply. Later on, we asked them to refund our money which is remaining in our ad account (****.** INR) but they refused to do so stating that we do not refund the money of the disabled ad account. It is very unethical and unprofessional behavior from Facebook. They do not have any right to keep the money that is not utilized. They did the same thing with us during this Corona pandemic. They disabled our Facebook page(Matruj Ayurveda) which had **,***+ Followers and Likes. We spent around *.* Lakh INR to promote that page and our products. But facebook nullified our efforts and it leads us to bear a huge loss. Facebook does whatever they want to do without caring for their consumers who help them to make money. We expect our money back because Facebook doesn't have any right to keep our money which is unused.
