I am from Dubai, UAE. I had a very bad experience with Extramarks. It is ***% fraud and without knowing that, I enrolled my child from UAE after having a conversation via zoom of *.* hrs with Mr Utsav Menon (the name displayed on screen) and later on with Ms Gautamee .We paid AED ***( INR *****) for * months. We wanted to enroll for grade * which begins in April ****, but with their persuasion we were forced to enroll it on January **** itself only on the condition that I can withdraw within * weeks time which is exclusively offered to me as against the *week time given in their policy. My child never logged into their app or site or checked the Watsapp as their grade * annual exam was going on. I found that this kind of platform is not at all suitable for us. Later on with furthur enquiry I understood that this is hoax and we were cheated. I asked for a refund within * week's time. Proof of the query, the zoom meeting discussion and the invoice are with me. But they never refund me until now nor answered my query in mail sent at customersupport@extramarks.com. Above all they blocked my phone number. The toll free number provide is also fake and says its incorrect. I request all parents who have enrolled to understand that it is a total waste of money. Immediate legal action should be taken to shut down this fake organization before more parents become their victim. REQUEST TO PARENTS: PLEASE DONT ENROLL YOUR CHILD INTO EXTRAMARKS.IT IS HOAX.
