Usa Finance Team Dept - Extracting Amount For Data Entry Job

My sister recently took a data entry job for this company that outsources the work to an Indian call center agent. The name of this person is joby jorge phno- ***********. While taking the job that involved in doing *** pages of data entry, he never informed about providing registration amount.

After finishing the work day and night in ** days, where my sister stayed late night, she send the work. When they received the work, they appreciated her and told her that her QC marks was **% and great. After that they told her that she would get Rs ***** (which is Rs *** for each page). For getting a code to view her salary, they asked her to pay Rs *** for getting the code.

My sister made the payment. After that they send her a link and she saw her percentage. Then they said that for getting the agent to call her and to transfer the amount, they asked her to pay Rs ****. That also my sister paid.

Then they send the appreciation letter and informed her that she needs to pay Rs **** as tax deduction to get the amount. My sister called the number which was picked by another person and he shouted that her that this is the company policy.

My sister informed them that they haven't informed all these procedures and should have told first before taking the job. They constantly abused her through phone calling her illiterate and told her to get lost.

This company never takes any phone call and the person whose number is ********** always keeps it busy. Now my sister is asking for the refund which they promised and they don't pick the call.
