Vaibhav Kale filed complaint against Tata Sky DTH on Aug 9, 2020
I purchased a tata sky DTH connection in **** at around ****/- in Pune, I was only provided setofbox, remote and didn't provide dish and cable as there was centralised dish with cable was already provided in our building. So I confirmed from Tatasky customer care that I will be provided dish+cable free of cost in future whenever I shift to standalone home where centralised dish is not provided. So after *.* years I shifted to my hometown, so I put a request for relocation, tatasky engineer installed the new dish+cable at our new home. They charged me for ***/- for relocation charges which is acceptable. But they also charged for cable which is around ***/- without prior information. amount is deducted from my tatasky balance. I already paid full amount for dish+cable while getting new connection but do not understand how can they charge me again for cable. I already opened three complaints with tatasky support, but no response from them.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
