Excitel Broad Band - Excitel broadband gave no Refund

We brought Excitel Broadband service with the plan of ***mbps speed for * months at Rs.**** through google pay (We have receipts too) but after using it for * days the LOS light started to blink (A light in router which blinks when there is no internet connection in its wifi) in the router. Ever since that day there was no internet connection we complained about it on there customer service number and they said the problem will be fixed in * hours everytime we called but they never fixed it. I Deposited their Router, Adapter to their Head Office at Okhla estate, the reciept no. ***** on **/**/** and Mr. Kaushal from customer care told me that after one week we will get the refund but they denied the refund when we called them back and now there is no update.
