I have ordered a tshirt from the online shopping website therhetoric.in. But the t-shirt size is too large. As per their policy they don't accept returns. So i decided to exchange the product. They ask me to pay extra shipping charges of rs.*** for exchanging it. And even after paying shipping charges, i haven't received my package. They are not even responding to messages.
