Max Fashions - Exchange with extra money

I went to exchange one T-shirt out of * I purchased from Max Fashions * Mall Kothapet Hyderabad on Saturday (** April ****) around *.** pm. The price was *** for T-shirt and if we buy two the price is *** Rs. They asked to pay extra ** Rs. I said I will not pay as the item for an exchange is not a new product. They said as per their policy they will not exchange without paying ** Rs. The store manager was not there at the time and I called there customer care number. But no proper solution. They said they will have someone to call me back but no one called. This is not about ** Rs but how they will charge extra money for the same product and no proper customer service.
