My mother ordered * pants (XXL) as she used to before but this time they were big to her. She intended to get them replaced but unfortunately fractured her foot. So she got * days late in her * week return policy. The item is packed and tagged and she just wanted a size smaller but these people cannot even consider a customer’s requests. It is ridiculous that she has been sending images of her the cast on her fractured foot to get it exchanged. It is disappointing that an e-retail company cannot customise their insensible rules for customers.
We are not even asking for a refund, just an exchange. Not happy with their customer service at all.
