Dream World Holidays ramdaspeth Nagpur, they themselves are not booking the tour, they booked our tour through an Quality Tour tour operator in mysore so the tour cost was high. They got quote from them and they forwarded added therir profit. We ourself planned the tour Mrs. Kature only booked hotels and transport. At the time of booking they were so friendly but at the time of refund they didn't pick up calls or whatsapp.From March we were waiting for refund. we are writing this because we have all proof regarding this.
Very bad experience with them during covid, out of * lac rs ***** refunded after * months. ***** rs deducted as a service charge no such thing were discussed before booking , and the owner Mr and Mrs Ashtankar were rude in behavior at the time of refund. The tour was cancelled due to covid not because for us. Please be aware before booking a tour with them. After the covid both husband and wife didn't pick up our calls and not responded to querie and talked in very filthy language. Please please don't book through them book directly from destination it will save lot of money. They took advantage of the covid situation and deducted ***** rs as service charge which is exorbitant and unreasonable. We were ready to pay **** as charges for service rendered but as our money was with them they charged whatever the wished to recoup their loss. People Please be aware from such fpeople operating in the industry. Please make all things clear before transacting with this couple. This is warning by wounded customer so that others would be saved.
