On **/**/**** the Hp gas dealer charged twice for a single refill of LPG cylinder payment through AADHAR based biometric payment mode. I have a complaint against the dealer in HP consumer complaints portal. I also write to the dealer & send a copy to the bank, asked the bank to look after the same but no positive feedback. Hp company said the dealer had resolved the problem and dealer said the company already transferred the amount. But till the amount not been refunded yet.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
