www exborders com - exborders com fraud company no refund for order cancelled by company

i had ordered three products from this website "www.exborders.com" in july and August ****, i called them in regular intervals and they were keep saying that your product stucked in customs and the products will be delivered to you soon after the clearance. and after delay of more than two months in October I emailed them to kindly cancel my product from your side as I was unable to cancel the product. And refund the amount, after that they cancelled my product but till now I didn’t get any refund in my account as I provided them my bank account details for credit in October month. So, now whenever I try to contact them telephonically they are not receiving my calls, I tried to email them but they said each and every time that we have forwarded your request to our account team and your credit amount is on queue and most likely will be credit in next week.
Unfortunately now I am feeling victim to these Fraudsters. The website seemed genuine and payment for the order was made via my credit card service.
Several reviews and feedback on Google, the company's Facebook page and even as a Seller on Amazon.in confirms they are Dishonest and have been consistently scamming the public.

They are scamming people across the globe and should be brought to justice, and money of people conned should be recovered.
