Purchased vehicle on **/**/**** from next day we noted the problem in meter reflection showing wrong reading and no information how much kilometar it run no proper uses of battery showing because of this we face * time break down in between way. visited more then * time to for resolving this issue but yet no solution and very unprofessional way of talking by staff always misbehave. keep my vehicle more than ** days in service center but still same issue.
From **/**/**** they keep my vehicle in service center yet no information when they will return back.
Sri Shakti Hero Electric Madanapalle bought a new vehicle hoping i am the *st owner but while i am not received RC then only i come to know they sold me vehicle as *nd owner and yet not the Registration done on my name they cheat us.
Still its showing on dealer name (Sri Shakti Hero Electric) its illegale trade they are doing all vehicle they selling in same way so please take some action against this. they are not transferring ownership while i request many time for the same.
