Hi,
I'm a customer of Ford Ecosport. I felt cheated when I came to know that Ford shut their facility in India due to my vehicle's resale value having gone down drastically. But anyways I managed this trauma. Now I'm struggling with a new problem created by ford india ford motors company. When I bought this vehicle, the salesman told me about the ford pass. It is quite helpful from a customer safety, vehicle security, and maintenance point of view. Today, dated ** Aug ****, When I checked my Ford pass, I saw an app update reminder when I did uninstall, and I couldn't see the app in the google play store. Today When I spoke to customer care they denied they can't help.
With this incident, I felt cheated. First Ford shut their facility and second, they started removing integral features of the vehicle as part of a service commitment it should not. If the feature is an OEM feature how can Ford remove this?
I need this feature till the product life cycle or Ford India has to compensate for this. They have to refund my vehicle cost.
