I enrolled in the course in June of last year and promptly submitted the required fees to commence my studies. However, upon beginning the course, I discovered a significant discrepancy: despite being enrolled in a course titled "*th Edition," the training provided by the trainers was based on the outdated *th Edition. This mismatch was promptly highlighted to the LMS team, but unfortunately, no action was taken to rectify the situation.
Furthermore, the quality of instruction provided by the tutors has been consistently disappointing. I faced difficulty in comprehending the concepts due to the tutors' lack of engagement and clarity in their teaching approach. As a result, I requested a change of tutor twice: first in July after attending two classes with the initial tutor, and again in October, as the replacement tutor also did not meet the expected standards.
Despite my repeated requests for resolution, the issues remained unresolved by October, and to my dismay, I found that my exam voucher had been blocked. Upon seeking clarification, I was informed that in order to proceed with the examination, I would need to pay an additional fee equivalent to the original course cost.
I find this situation deeply concerning and unfair. As a committed student who has diligently followed the course requirements and promptly raised concerns as they arose, I expect to receive the services and support promised at the outset of my enrollment.
Therefore, I kindly request your immediate intervention to address the following:
Immediate reinstatement of my exam voucher without additional financial burden.
