Multisoft Virtual Academy - EdTech company scam

I enrolled for the SAP IS Utility Instructor-led live Online Training on **th July with Multisoft Virtual Academy, guided by their co-ordinator Shivali. I paid a total amount of Rs. ***** in * instalments on **th July, **th July and *th August **** respectively.
However, they arranged only * classes for me which are mainly related to the very basic concepts of the course I enrolled for, and the instructor didn’t touch the actual course contents which was agreed to. During the enrolment of the course, I was committed for a total of **-** hours of training with live SAP environment; but I ended up getting only * hours of total training.
After the initial * sessions, the instructor appointed by them discontinued with the company and as a result of that, my course was halted at that time. I was promised that a proper replacement faculty would be assigned to me for my course completion.
However, after several false commitments of course resumption and waiting for more than * months, I am forced to file a complaint to the consumer forum against the institution for cheating me with false promises and not delivering the service (course) which was promised. Every time I try to call them, they ignore my calls. Sometimes, if they reply to my email, they come up with new excuses and make me wait again and again. Sometimes, they even tried to accuse me alleging that I’m trying to put ‘mental torture’ on them asking for refund.
I registered a consumer forum complaint against them (around * months back), and they promised to resume my course. However, they completely disregarded their promise and started to ignore my communications again.
Later, I found out that this institution is renowned for their unethical practices, and I feel I am being scammed by them.
