- Earbuds received defective Open
The Jabra earbuds active **t was delivered on ** April ****. When we check it we found the product was not working. We raised the issued with customer care on the same day but after waiting for almost *-* days they are not ready to return the product. Today is **th April and they are still pick up the earbuds. I also make *-* complain via their portal and also talked to almost **-** times to their executive but my issue is still not resolved.
