Shopdron - Duplicate pen drive delivered

I ordered an HP ** GB pen drive from the Shopdron online site but when I receive pen drive it's duplicate and not have a code of pen drive. I can't add any data in that pen drive. Also, the website is not responding to my email and their customer number is also not responding.
