Uber Auto - Duplicate Payment to Uber due to the payment failure and was forced to pay cash

I Booked an Uber Auto on ** Jan **** at *.** AM from Secundrabad Railway Station and the Payment mode was choosen as Gpay. However, on reaching the desitination there was an error that the payment did not get processed while i tried twice and the Auto driver was after me to pay by Cash an amount of ***.** and I paid the driver an amount of *** as he did not have exact change. However, the same ***.** was charged on my Gpay as well for which i raised a complaint from my app to which Uber has refunded only *.** where as I owe the entire ***.** which was a duplicate. I have the evidence to prove that the payment failed using the UPI and also the payment was successful after the cash was paid to the driver as he refused to leave. Kindly, help address my issue as this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable to penalize the customer for no fault.
