Flipspeakers.com - Duplicate item delivered

The company advertises using online platforms for jbl flip* speakers at a discounted price of Rs.****/-. I had ordered one and we were delivered by AWB couriers bearing courier no. Awb [protected]. The delivered product was not what was advertised for. Our request for refund or replacement has not had any effect. The website https://www.flipspeakers.com/ does not care to provide proper contact details and they do not respond to emails for customer grievances.
This is a clear case of cheating. I am writing this to prevent more customers from falling prey to such fake online shopping sites.
