Choitram Hospital Research Center Indore - Duplicate bills provided by Choitram Hospital Research Center

My father was undergone an angioplasty surgery in Choitram Hospital and research center Indore IPD reg no. *******. The hospital has provided * duplicate bill of rs *****.** & ****.**. Since the mediclaim company "start health" is not entertaining them, I again went to the hospital and asked for the original copies but the guy on the deposit counter said we do not provide the original copies he also confirmed with his colleague sitting behind him. Then I went to mediclaim department of the hospital & the authorized person their said I can only certify the duplicate bills, but I said the start health needs original copies. I then as advised by my star health agent asked them to provide the certificate for this, he said it will not be done now I have to come after diwali. After diwali reached the hospital and asked for the certificate he then provided the letter to me. after sending this letter to star health they again rejected it. Star health need the original bill, now hospital is not providing me the original copies and I helpless.
