Dhani Loans and Servies Ltd - Due Refund not received

Sirs,

On ** June ****, I placed an order for eight Nos. of Knorr soup vide Dhani Order ID EP *******. A mobile screenshot showing the order is attached – A.
And for these ordered items, I paid the required amount of Rs.*** through my credit card xxxx ****. As evidence of payment, my mobile screenshot is attached – B.

Against the above orders for Rs.***, Dhani
a) Delivered four Nos. of Knorr soup vide Invoice No. KA******* for Rs.***.**. Copy of Invoice attached – C
b) Refunded R.***.** on ** June ****.

In the above circumstances, a further refund of R.***.** is due to me, calculated as under:-
a) Amount Paid ----- Rs.***.** (Mobile screenprint attached - B)
b) Items Delivered - Rs.***.** (Copy of Invoice attached - C)
c) Total Refund Due = Paid Amount – Value of delivered items = Rs.*** - Rs.***.** = Rs.***.**
d) Refunded on ** Jun **** -- Rs.***.**
e) Balance Refund Due = Total Refund Due – Refunded amount = Rs.***.** – R.***.** = Rs.***.**

Therefore, on ** June **** I emailed store@dhani.com requesting for the due refund of Rs.***.**.
Having not received the refund, on ** July ****, I emailed grievance@dhani.com .
Having still not received the due refund, I emailed nodal@dhani.com on ** August ****.

Please help me receive my rightfully due balance refund of Rs.***.**.
