Sun Direct Dth
- DTH payment made but connection not provided Open
I have made payment for Sun DTH activation on 7th April 2019 for 399 INR and on 10th April for 500 & 399 INR. But Sun has not acknowledged payment nor activated the connection. The complaint raised to the team on 7th April with 48hrs resolution window. Not resolved even on 12th April 2019. Complaint no. SR190408003115.
