Thrillophilia - Double pricing and no flight tickets refund

So when I book the package from this company they promised me one priced and gave me other when I refused to pay they threatened me to cancel the booking and not returning the booking amount after knowing that i was already invested for air tickets.
In lukla to Kathmandu I had a flight journey in package. The flight got cancelled due to bad weather and I had to take a rescue flight at my own expense. They refused to refund the air fare of the cancelled flight which the airlines already refunded them.
They company is pure scam and I have another ** people with me with the same complaints
