Hi, **/**/**** i taken ride from cyber gateway to chandanagar. When i taken ride it shows ***rs and when i am getting down it was reduced to **rs. Before starting the ride driver asked how much it is showing. I said ***rs. After my ride started driver refused to accept ride for ola money and asked me to send that ***rs to his google pay account. So i changed payment option to cash and payed him ***rs in google pay. But after that my money is deducted from ola postpaid.
For this reason i raised a complaint in ola support. Then i got a mail like no it can't be refunded. Please find the screenshots
