Thrillophilia - Double amount charged

Thrillophilia just ruined our new year start by charging us double telling us it’s the New Years cost. We checked with other people at resort who almost booked same day from thrillophilia for a much lesser cost? Paying a little more for new year is ok, but not double for the same thing everybody enjoyed at half price. I am really unhappy with thrillophilia. Am not sure if u would give a genuine explaination. Am sure not booking another time through you and encourage none of my friends family to book through you. Am sure putting this on my blogs/YouTube channel and writing reviews wherever I can!
