realme XT - DOA bag picked up but didn t got any sms e t c and i ve no info about my replacement customer care i

Ordered realme xt from realme official site on *th oct **** , phone got deliverd to me on **th , gradually i noticed the problem with indisplay fingerprint sensor i.e it was unlocking with every finger except the registered finger then i thought i must contact realme coustmer care "***********" then they told me to visit service center then i went there and after many efforts and requests they made the DOA bag and gave it to me then i talked to coustmer care that i'm done with DOA bag now what is the next step he said mail the images of DOA bag along with DOA cirtificate (which was already inserted in DOA bag) to orders@realme.com but he didn't told me to send the invoice bill he misguided me then after *-* days orders team replied me I'M COPY PASTING THE SAME REPLY :----Hi There,

they replied me this as you can see above , i wrote them my whole issue and they replied me this rubbish and i was continoulsy in touch with there coustmer care i told them about this reply .... then for some days i started forwording mails to orders team but didn't got any reply from their side , then one day they said plese send your invoice bill along with DOA cirtificate then after sending them the above demands the took *-* days to reply that our pickup boy will contact you then after pickup i didn't even got any pickup sms or anything ........ now i've no information regarding my phone orders team is saying drop a mail to service@realme.com and service team is saying drop a mail to orders team !
what should i do ?
where should i go ?
after searching in google found that voxya.com might help this issue.
so here i'm with no verdict !
