I bought a realme * phone from offline store. The had some headphone mic issue from the very first day. After that I went service centre and made a DOA certificate. After that I sent a mail to orders.in@realme.com on Friday ** Oct ****. Till now they did not gave any response. I am feeling now that I lost my ***** investment.
