Dear LG Management,
This is to bring to the kind notice of LG Co Management for immediate action that we are still fighting with the same prevailing problem (Refer the history of below mail) of over cooling in the refrigerator, and we have attached the photos. All vegetables are getting freeze and even the water is getting a formation of ice and in this regard, we again have booked a complaint RNP ************ and RNP ***********. In this regard two Technicians visited,
*. Mr. Mani ( Mob No. **********) visited on **-**-****
*. Mr. SathyaMoorthy visited on **-**-****
Both the Technician followed the Regular procedure to remove all the Vegetables and other items in the Refrigerator and they checked the routine Temperature etc.
I do not understand till date * times the service LG Technician had visited (During Covid** Pandemic situation) and changed the Sensor and adjusted the software etc. but still could not be able to fix the problem.
We have been using the product of Fridge for more than ** years with the many INTERNATIONAL Brands, but we never faced this type of horrible product of LG Refrigerator Inverter Model No: GLN***DDSY with in the warranty period. No other words to explain the quality of product we bought.
So, to our experience this Product should be manufacturing defects, or this model should be failure model.
Our calls to the customer service turn futile as there was no response. I was asked to follow with the Service Center Supervisor Mr. Parthasarathy (Mob. **********), who is not picking my calls after my first call.
In regard to previous mail dated **-**-****, Mr.R.Bharanidharan LG Area Manager, has accepted to replace with new Refrigerator if again if we face the same problem through telephonic conversation.
So, we request LG Management to consider this has a special case and do the process of replacing with a new one because our Warranty/ guarantee period expires on **-**-****.
Else we will be forced to file a Legal complaint with authorities for the claim,
So finally We request LG Management furthermore not to send any person in the name of Technician for repeated routine check-up because we are running out of time and, we are fed-up to answer them and clearing the Fridge for their investigation. Because the * visits by LG Technician is self-sufficient to prove the LG Refrigerator Inverter Model No: GLN***DDSY is a defective product/Failure Model.
Waiting for a good response from LG Management ASAP.
